Luke reached out to us at a time when we were neither here nor there about selling our Beautiful Family Home. We had great tenants , were away on an extended , epic , volunteer project in Sydney and more than happy just to leave things as they were. From the start to the end was such an easy process, he kept us up to date the whole process. Before we went to market he offered to help stain our fence even… definitely a real estate that doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear to get your business. House went to market Wednesday night, open home Saturday & multiple offers… sold! I would use Luke again if we were to sell again.
