I was a little wary going with the agent that valued the property highest but he delivered on his valuation. Luke also arranged for some small repairs and maintenance to take place prior to sale and maintained the lawns from the day we signed up to the day it settled. He made the process of selling easy and stress free and still got a result better than the other agents thought was possible.
