It was a pleasure to work with Luke from H&H to sell our home in Armidale. In a difficult market Luke was able to help us gain a price for our home that we were happy with. He was very patient with us and listened to our needs and helped us to understand all the ins and outs of the selling process. We were always kept in the loop about potential buyers, viewings for the house and feedback on the home. Communication was great. We would buy or sell again with Luke and H&H.

Right from the start Luke has been extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. He went out of his way late on a Saturday arvo, after I had driven to Armidale from Sydney, to originally show me one property, and in the same appointment he showed me another home, which I have now purchased. After the purchase, Luke has confirmed he will assist me with showing the property to some trades people so that I can obtain a quote for some minor additions I would like to make to the property. Having dealt with many agents over the years, I have to say that Luke is one that I will not hesitate to do future business with or recommend to others. He is extremely knowledgeable of the regional area and in houses, it has been and still is a pleasure dealing with him.
