Luke is such a great agent and a genuinely likeable person. Selling a property is pretty stressful but Luke was in constant contact and was always positive. The photos and video looked fantastic! We had a contract after a few weeks which did fall over just about at the unconditional stage but did have another contract signed with a cash buyer the same week. We listed and sold in three months which I was happy with as had an old Queenslander on acreage which isn't your standard and so not so many buyers out there for that type of property. Luke was kind enough to help me with buying my next home as I didn't have trust in the agency selling that property and came to the viewing and negotiated with that agent. The only downside is that I don't get to chat to Luke all the time now. I have dealt with a lot of agents in my work but I have never met anyone as genuinely nice and honest as Luke. Luke also gave a better commission rate. If I ever decide to sell again I will only ever ask Luke.

Luke sold my block at Ripley within 48 hours when the agents located on site couldn't find a buyer in weeks. Although that buyer was unable to complete the purchase, Luke found another one inside 24 hours which did proceed. He was very helpful in helping both buyer and seller to get the deal through.
