Luke provided a detailed analysis of the market, where our property was positioned and why this supported the recommended price range. He listened closely to our objectives and provided helpful advice on what finishing work to undertake to best present our property. We listed the property on a Friday, had a signed contract offer on the Monday, negotiated an offer increase on the Tuesday and signed contracts on the Wednesday for settlement within three weeks. A little "wobble" with the Building and Pest inspection, but Luke managed the buyer and us and kept the original settlement date with a minimal adjustment. Good communicator with a strong focus on successfully closing the deal. Well done!
