Matt and Luke did an outstanding job of selling our mothers Over 55’s villa. Retirement homes are a very hard sell and while the villa took around 7 months to sell they kept up the interest and took care of things right the way through. In the end it was sold to a buyer that viewed quite early on who they kept checking in on. Communication was excellent, we were updated weekly and more so if we had viewings or enquiries. We couldn’t be happier with the service and thoroughly recommend them.
