I could not recomend him any less... i had so many problems. He always threw me over to the assistant. The adsistant was vannessa she was really arrogant and stuck up, she yeld at my partners father! She was the worst and when i mentioned all the issues i was having with vanessa he said he couldnt do anything. Didnt even apologize! If you are buying from him dont do it ! Save yourself the trouble. So dishonest aswell. Lack of comminication and respect. I dont know if it had anything to do with the fact im 20. Maybe he didnt take me serious but i felt fooled around with. Did not apreciate any of his service.

Matt's belief that 'by appointment' is the best way to sell failed us completely, possibly because he valued the home too high. We had NO viewings by appointment in the 3 and a half weeks we had available to sell. That is why we insisted on home opens which produced 6 or 7 viewings AND a buyer within the timeframe we had. That says it all really.
