From start to finish communication was great at any time of the day or night I never felt pressured or in the dark as a vendor. He spent alot of time on his first visit giving me some helpful suggestions of any upgrades that the home needed for a sale. He spent time explaining the details of the process. The second was doing the building and termite inspection and having the report ready for purchase by the interested buyers. This expedited the process of the sale.
