We met Luke a few years ago now and from his help on that first occasion, to the sale of our home he handled everything with professionalism, but also with caring. He kept us up to date on what was happening along the way.

At the end of the day Luke managed to secure the sale price we had agreed before entering into an agreement with 4069 to sell our property. Luke was accommodating when we spoke and negotiated terms, specifically fee and I was more then happy with what we agreed. Even though we got there in the end I felt Luke was wanting to raise the white flag very early in the sale process "first offers are usually your best". Our first real serious offers were some $40k less then what we finally sold for, I got the impression Luke wanted to press on to the next sale however, he did listen to us and did not push us into taking an earlier offer. I was also happy with the extra services Luke can bring to the deal with his contacts within the housing industry who were able to help us out quickly and at a good price when we need work done on the property before final settlement. That I am great-full for.

Our dealings with Luke were all positive. I selected Luke (4069 Real Estate) to sell our house based on his professionalism, local and community knowledge, personality and smile. He was able to provide details of reputable tradesman at short notice and did not bombard us with sales pressure during the selling process.
