Finding our dream location

Thanks to Luke we are now building the home that we have often dreamed of. I first met Luke after arriving from Singapore. Over several discussions he proved himself to be very frank and honest. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area as a resident himself, and he really helped me make the final decision. 10 months later the surrounding properties are already fetching 20 percent more than what we paid. The property itself was tenanted at the time and Luke was fantastic in keeping in touch with the tenants helping them look for a property for themselves to buy. Thank you Luke for your hard efforts and helping us make a great decision. We also received a dinner voucher at a local restaurant which we celebrated my birthday,, thank you.
