Luke was great to work. He communicated each week with updates on OFI and what was happening in the market. It took a couple of months to sell our property, due to tenants who weren't co-operative, and Luke remained committed the entire time. Would highly recommend Luke to other vendors.

I have dealt with Luke on a number of occasions, he is pleasant to deal with, approachable, courteous and comes across as honest and genuine which I think add value to both sides of the transaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Luke to buyers and sellers. There are agents (actually a firm) out there who we simply wont do business with as they lack some of Luke's attributes.
