Luke and Fraser work as a very good team. Their advice was rational and accurate. The advice was not embellished and they provided detailed information on how progress was being made with the marketing program. This enabled them to understand who the prospective buyers were and they provided an accurate assessment of the ability of each prospective buyer to complete. We sourced our agent by attending open homes in the area (pre-sale) and rating the selling agent on their buyer attentiveness, product knowledge, marketing, communication and follow up skills. Luke was by far the most impressive and was engaged immediately after attending one of his open homes. Luke presented in-depth analysis and research to price our home correctly and most-importantly stood by that research throughout the campaign. He did not waiver in his belief of our homes value and found the home a new happy owner from his database. He is incredibly tenacious and worked on the campaign at all hours when required. He has an excellent knowledge of the local market, nothing seems to slip by him! He maintained our privacy during the campaign and was always discreet and professional. He has a rare ability to communicate to buyers across all levels and employs patience and strategy in his negotiations.
