Luke was very easy to deal with and continually kept us well informed with the status of the house prior to purchase

Luke has an excellent understanding of the local area and the current state of the market. He was able to clearly advise us of the best way to sell the house quickly. He understood our needs and reasons for selling. Stating a price range and not going to auction proved to be a very effective (and less stressful) strategy. A result was achieved quickly. We found Luke friendly, easy to talk to, yet always professional.

Luke and his team ( hence availability at all times) were very conscious of my expectations and performed very well in achieving the desired result.

Heading into the auction for 17 Alkaringa Rd Gymea Bay I was nervous about the process and my ability to secure a beautiful home for me and my son. As the selling agents Luke and Karen were an amazing source of guidance and support. Without Luke's deft and expert management of the negotiation I truly believe I would have walked away empty handed that day. Instead, I bought a beautiful home for my family and the vendor received fair market value for their renovated property.

I won't be using this agent when I eventually look to sell. No show for scheduled 2nd viewing. Upon final inspection, items were left behind by previous owner. We requested they be removed, they were not. A further request was required and initially met with "well how do you expect them to collect it now that you have moved in?" from Luke. We had made it clear that if it was too difficult then we could just dump the items ourselves, but informed that the owners wanted to collect and keep the items. Items were eventually collected by the previous owner...and dumped on the street. Further follow up with the agent was met with zero result.
