Buying a home from Luke was a easy, stress free process. During house opens he stayed back and allowed us to view the property freely with no haggling. His relaxed attitude and approachable manner made the house opens easy and pleasant. During negotiations he was direct and straight to the point. Heading into the auction for 17 Alkaringa Rd Gymea Bay I was nervous about the process and my ability to secure a beautiful home for me and my son. As the selling agents Luke and Karen were an amazing source of guidance and support. Without Luke's deft and expert management of the negotiation I truly believe I would have walked away empty handed that day. Instead, I bought a beautiful home for my family and the vendor received fair market value for their renovated property.
I won't be using this agent when I eventually look to sell. No show for scheduled 2nd viewing. Upon final inspection, items were left behind by previous owner. We requested they be removed, they were not. A further request was required and initially met with "well how do you expect them to collect it now that you have moved in?" from Luke. We had made it clear that if it was too difficult then we could just dump the items ourselves, but informed that the owners wanted to collect and keep the items. Items were eventually collected by the previous owner...and dumped on the street. Further follow up with the agent was met with zero result.
