Luke Knapton sold all six units within weeks of entering the market. He gave an honest valuation and negotiated back and forth with purchasers. Luke was always available to discuss matters and if a message was left at his office he was always quick to respond either personally by phone or email. He went out of his way to follow up on any request that I may have asked.
