Hudson Bond, especially Danny Demir made the process of buying our first home easy and efficient. We had been looking for awhile and met a lot of agents, most of the time we felt agents are not being straightforward with us (one even did not turn up to out inspection appointment and tried to blame us), but from our first contact with Danny, he has been accomodating and willing to arrange inspections at our convenience. He was also upfront about the vendors’ expectations, which made the whole process a lot easier and quicker. We would recommend Hudson Bond to anyone looking to sell/buy in the area.

Following a very positive landlords experience with Emily from Hudson Bond we decided to talk to them first when we decided to sell our house. Jason explained the process of how Hudson Bond sells houses where all people who inspect your house are qualified buyers and if your asking price is not reached there is no obligation to sell which seemed like a good no risk proposition. About ten of the Hudson Bond agents came to look at our house and provide a valuation range and they all left their business cards. The way the process works is that all of the agents were trying to sell our house and so it wasn't just one agent who was trying to find the right buyer, it was all of them. We then received calls directly from the agents who came round with prospective buyers to do the inspections while we left the house and then when we came back we got instant feedback from the agent based on what the prospective buyer had said. We had about 3 or 4 viewings before the ad was placed on the internet and then Anthony came round with a gentlemen who lived locally and had been looking for a while and then brought his lovely family around a few hours later and we received an offer the next day. The offer was subject to Finance and Anthony and Jason kept us up to date with the progress which because of COVID-19 restrictions took longer than usual but finally came through.
