Luke was fantastic throughout the sale of my home. He kept me informed at every stage, communicated well, and I was comfortable and able to have frank conversations with him about the market and my expectations. He sold my home after just three weeks of opens during a very tough market, with very low buyer numbers. While the final price was a little less than I would have ideally liked (isn’t that always the case!), I genuinely believe he achieved the best possible price given the current climate. Luke also recently sold my sister's property and advised them to go to auction rather than accept a pre-auction offer, which ended up getting them an extra $80,000.
