Working with Luke Martin to buy a property in Edgewater was the "this is what customer service should be like" experience that everybody hopes to have. Luke's detailed video walk-through of the property was a selling point for me as an interstate buyer who could not get to WA to view. Buying a house is touted as being one of life's most stress inducing events - well - - - - am yet to be stressed. Things went so quickly from offer to settlement that I still can't quite believe it's all done!
Unfortunately we had a negative experience with Luke. I felt that my concerns were disregarded, and I found it very difficult to be taken seriously by this agent. Overall, I felt that I was not treated in a respectful way and cannot recommend this agent.

Luke doesn’t usually sell in my area, however I was given his name and approached him. He was so easy to talk to and explained how things were done in a clear and concise manner. I had a family tragedy and Luke was very considerate of what I was going through. He kept the communication going via text to keep me up to date as I was not capable of taking calls.
