I dealt with Luke McIver in the sale of my investment property in Augustine Heights. Luke was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and eager for the listing. He called me within a few hours of my initial enquiry for a discussion. Before I signed with him he walked me through a timeline from listing, opens, under contract and finally, settlement and discussed some additional compliance obligations should we settle post 1 January - this information was valuable in my decision to list with him/NGU. Ultimately, we achieved a very sound price and the whole process was completed efficiently and within the timeframe discussed. Luke's communication and people skills are excellent and he was able to engage the tenant where other agents could not - I'd only encourage Luke to make himself more available via text message and email for clients who are based interstate or unable to use the phone regularly.
