As a buyer I was always very aware that the agent works on behalf of the seller. However, Luke was amazing through every step of the buying process. Any time I had a question or needed to talk to someone Luke made himself instantly available. This went a long way to relieve my personal stress and to also expedite the entire process. Post-settlement Luke is still going out of his way to help me settle into my new home and I will be forever grateful for his incredible work ethic.

We came to Queensland from Sydney about 16 years ago and when we finally decided to sell our house we had little idea of the legal requirements in Queensland and no idea as to whom we should get to sell the house for us. We had been "bothered" by agents for years which only made the selection more difficult. I'm not sure how we ended up talking with Freedom Real Estate but Luke Nel was the one who put a proposal to us. We went away and contacted other agents. Interestingly, one of the most well known firms (who had one of the best selling agents in the area) seemed to have too many rules associated in dealing with them. Freedom's "paper work" was clear and straightforward and they had everything in place to prepare a brochure, a video, placement on the internet and so on, to provide maximum marketing advantage. So in the end we liked the sound of Luke's proposal and decided to "take the plunge". Luke is a pleasant easy to talk to young man who is very enthusiastic about his profession. But then, the best "con" men are always very plausible and estate agents are not always held in high esteem for their honest dealing however pleasant they may appear. But we need not have been concerned. Luke was always straightforward, kept us informed of progress and possibilities. We heeded his advice on pricing and the course of action to take as we began to assess the market for our house. Our experience with Luke leads us to hold that he is an enthusiastic, persistent and honest agent. A man of integrity who can be trusted to do the best on one's behalf. We recommend him with confidence.

Followed Luke's advice in smartening up the garden with some bark, used professional cleaners for the house and Luke organised dressing the house and went with the online marketing videos. Sold the house in 9 days, couldn't ask for a better agent
