As discussed during and after the transaction, the matters you raised related to post-settlement servicing, appliance performance under particular conditions, and cleanliness — all of which are outside the agent’s control and are the reason buyers are encouraged to conduct inspections and pre-settlement checks.
As the seller’s agent, my responsibility is to represent the seller’s interests while ensuring all known material facts are disclosed.
