Luke was the true professional from beginning to end. As I work full time and am unable to take calls during work hours, he'd communicate with both my parents and myself. Luke's market knowledge of the area was well researched and the write up and photos for the brochures were top class ! After each open inspection I'd get a prompt phone call to say how it had gone and that I was able to go home ! On the day of the auction I was informed every step of the way and Luke even obliged for photos in front of the 'Sold' sign with myself and the buyers. The settlement was a day short of 7 long weeks with a couple of problems along the way on the buyers side, but Luke kept me up to date. All in all, a very friendly and honest real estate agent.
Luke really went the extra mile with this property from late night appointments to taking time to meet work men at the property before settlement for measurements. As the buyer Luke did an incredible job and looked after both parties involved.
Luke advised us of the procedure to follow in selling the house and of the local, current market. His advice in preparing the house for sale, and for advertising photographs was extremely helpful. Settlement was to be 13.9. 19. however the purchaser needed to get further funds and a bank needed to check the building further on 9.9.19.
