Luke Pocklington was my first choice as Real Estate Agent. I had spoken to other agencies on the phone and founds some of them pushy and full of sales patter. After booking Luke to come around to give me a valuation on my property, I was impressed by his knowledge of the local area and recent house sale. Whilst being very informative and very approachable without any pushy sales gimics my husband and I decided to sign up there and then and we did not regret it. Luke was contactable at all times very friendly but at the same time very professional. Luke got several offers at the first Open Viewing, one of which we accepted. Luke made the whole process of selling our house very simple and easy and I would highly recommend him. Thanks Luke for a job well done!
