Luke and team at GV Property managed to keep the ownership group focused while putting us together with the right developer who understood the potential of our site and the mutual benefit completing a deal/sale would have for all concerned. They had a good feel for communication between parties and how much each participant needed from them. They were there when & how needed and never pressured.
