Luke was excellent in the way he handled our queries. The whole process was made easy by his knowledge and handling of our questions. We couldn't make the open day and asked for an alternative day which he organised in very quick time. Our phone calls and text messages were answered in very quick time and his easy going personality made the whole exercise a pleasant one. He was honest when it came to questions he didn't know the answer to but was always able to get back to us with the answers for us. Once we made up our mind that we wanted to buy the property he kept us informed through out the sale process. The whole process was very professionaly done. We cannot recommend him more highly. A very pleasant experience.
