I recently used Luke to sell my apartment in Hawthorn and was delighted with the result. Luke has an excellent knowledge of the Hawthorn apartment market and I found him extremely easy to deal with. He goes about his job in a quiet and professional manner and most importantly, he does what he says he will do in the timeframe that he says he will. He also makes innovative use of social media to try and reach additional sources of buyers. Would thoroughly recommend Luke.

Luke is both knowledge and personable, and the steady hand we needed as first time sellers. I had complete faith in him during the entire process and was so grateful we chose him. I am confident that the great result we got is directly attributable to his skill in managing buyers and staying on top of all the various factors involved in our sale.

Luke is a fantastic agent! He recently sold my 2 bedroom apartment in Hawthorn East by auction achieving an excellent result! He is professional, charismatic and has a warm engaging personality. He kept in regular communication throughout the auction campaign. Highly recommend Luke!

We are really happy with the results we had selling with Luke on our side. He took time to understand our situation and needs, worked around some situational constraints, and devised a strategy around them. Communication was excellent. We were kept up-to-date after every open, and as each stage progressed when we were narrowing down buyers. He negotiated an outcome that we are very happy with, and in a time much quicker than we expected. Thank you so much Luke!

I highly recommend Luke Saville for everyone! He is reliable and experience. He has good communication and negotiation skills. Luke helps us through the Champaign and guides us to make the best decision on presentation and pricing. Luke also has good network of styling companies and tradies, he literally helps us organising everything without us physically be there. He is our No. 1 agent.

Luke was professional, responsive and strategic in his approach towards the sale of our property. He referenced relevant market data to set expectations on pricing and market conditions and was an excellent communicator throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others or utilise his services again in future myself.

Luke is a highly talented estate agent that I would highly recommend to any prospective seller. Luke has an excellent understanding of the inner east market and was a pleasure to work with.

Luke is clearly a Real Estate professional. He comprehensively addressed every aspect of the sale.

Luke was always professional, had a positive but realistic perspective at all times during a challenging marketing campaign due to the pandemic. I knew that the price Luke was able to negotiate was the best market price and could confidently make a decision on the sale. Thanks again Luke!

Luke, with his humble & calm manner, was a pleasure to work with on selling our property. He was an extremely effective communicator with the ability to "shine a light" for us moving forward to sell our apartment. His achievement for a good result for us was very swift.

It was a really hard decision to select an agent to work alongside with to sell something I had worked so hard for...and not for one moment did I ever regret choosing Luke to sell my apartment. Luke was absolutely amazing from the very beginning and that never faulted throughout the entire campaign right through to the incredible result of the auction. Luke listened, was supportive of my ambitions for the property and worked tirelessly to ensure the end outcome was the best it could possibly be.

From the beginning Luke was the total professional. He took us through the selling process carefully explaining each step and advising us the best way to proceed. He coordinated carpet layers and painters and we could not fault the advertising campaign. He kept us fully informed throughout as to how many people inspected the property and, best of all, managed to sell our property earlier than the advertised auction date, thanks to a couple of knockout offers. Thanks Luke.
