Forced to sell due to financial difficulties, Luke and team at Jellis Craig Richmond where excellent in handling a difficult sale. Not many buyers wanting my type of property, not much interest even with rates declining. Hard sale on such minimal time, a good effort.

Well I'll never do 150dy contract again,just too long.U still have 2 worry about hse etc, 30 dys is much better,so another lesson learnt.Everything I asked the guys 2 do was done, can't ask much more ha.
