Luke inspected the property and then came back with good research and a couple of options on marketing and a campaign plan. Included was also some practical advice on what needed to be done to the property. Luke clearly communicated the process and what to expect. To be honest I was a little skeptical to begin with but Luke clearly had an end goal in mind and kept the sale ( and the vendor ) on course throughout the process. Luke had one job to do and he concentrated on that at all times. He was very clear that he would achieve a price - and he also did that. Communication was clear and concise, updates were regular, and the sold price was a great result. Luke delivered exactly what he promised - I could not have asked for any more.
