As someone who finds the buying and selling of property tedious, I was really pleasantly surprised, firstly by Luke Schoonbeek's ability to streamline the process and particularly, his extraordinary service which was well above and beyond expectations. Within days of putting my unit on the market a bathroom hose ruptured and the ensuing flood required all the carpet to be removed, the unit to be dried out, new carpet to be chosen and laid and a sodden piece of furniture removed. I had gone away and Luke arranged all of this and even chose the new carpet. Luke then orchestrated a fast sale at a very good price. What more could you want?
