Luke knows the market, this was clear after our first meeting. While other properties on the same street had maybe 2 or 3 groups through each open for inspection, Luke ran a campaign that was so successful, we consistently had 8-15 groups through at a time. He assisted in all aspects of the sale, including providing cosmetic renovation advice, connecting us with suitable tradesman, staging the house, pricing the property appropriately - he really did go above and beyond, and we were more than happy with the sale result.
