I originally purchased my current place through Luke and when it was time to sell my investment property, he was my first choice. Luke is straight to the point, without the usual salesman guff and will provide honest and open feedback about expectations and timelines. Even when there were issues that were not Luke's fault nor problem, he still followed them up and tried to seek resolutions asap.
