Luke came in saying that once our home was advertised it would sell very quickly. we were sceptical at first because agents give you promises but don't deliver, Luke delivered!!!!! He recorded an add that wasn't "corny" but gave a true description both in words and pictures of our home. He was on time for open houses and gave us good feedback on buyers reaction. We were very pleased that he took time to go through the house explaining to buyers everything we had put into the house when we had a short notice inspection that we were home for. Luke may only be a youngster in this world of selling but we can see he will go a long way in this business if he continues on in the way he went about selling from explaining the different advertising packs to putting the SOLD sign on our board.
