Most dilligent and highly dedicated agent

Luke sold my property in Scoreby before auction. Luke is a very hard working and dedicated agent. He arranged open inspections 4 times a week and we got quite a few offers via the open inspections, agent's marketing and relationships. All in all, we are happy working with Luke and he has my highest recomendation.

We met Luke at an open house about two years ago. At the time he asked if we would be selling a property in the future and if so if he could be considered to be our selling Agent. Luke kept in contact with a phone call each month and when we were finally ready to put a property on the market, Luke was our man. So easy to talk to, Luke carefully explained every aspect of selling our property, eg market value range, comparable unit sales in area, selling options, marketing and styling, open house times and what happens on auction day. Luke's an expert in all these fields and his communication and professionalism is first class. Every open house was immediately followed up with a detailed report and we were always updated on every single matter throughout the campaign. Luke organised everything for us, and we were super impressed with his commitment, dedication and attention to detail at all times. Luke has a very pleasant manner, and was open and transparent at all times. On auction day we were a little nervous, and Luke reassured us that he and his team would be working very hard for us. Luke's auctioneering skills were amazing. He conducted the auction in an professional yet calm manner which gave everyone time, confidence and trust in him, and for us, a wonderful result. From start to finish we were absolutely blessed to have Luke as our selling agent, and we have been singing his praises to everyone we know telling them that he is THE agent to have working with them. We thank you so much Luke for all your hard work, dedication, commitment and fantastic outcome for our sale. Next time we sell Luke will be the only agent we call.
