This review is for the 7th sale for us. Yes, Lush sold 7 properties for us thus far and counting. Always with a smile, he says we'll make it happen, his trademark :D Things did happen, and particularly, where another agent could not pull it off, he did. And this is under the Covid situation. Market is savagely tough, but that is where the keen sense for strategy came through. If I am writing a recommendation, let me word it like this. Lush sells a property - that is the benchmark, that is as much the property would have fetched at that time. Do what ever, there was not another cent out there. That which other agents can not sell, he sells it for the best price possible. Best of all, he is a genuinely nice guy. Just is. If he was a pilot, or a professional boxer, he would still be a nice guy. Being so down to earth, he is approachable and easy to talk to. He has done quite a lot for us, so least we could do is to recommend him. What ever property you are looking to sell, he will do the right thing by you, as he did for us times and times over.

He says we'll make it happen. That has been true for us 5 times over the years, and he has to do the same twice more. Having sold and bought many properties, we have dealt with other agents too. The difference was in the end result, I no longer care about who says what, they all can talk, all real estate agents can talk for days, but this one walked the walk too.
