He is an expert communicator and has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable, but beyond that he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise that was unparalleled in other agents we approached! We approached him to help with the sale of our family home and he took the time to listen and seemed to show genuine care in helping us to get the value we were after! I was a little nervous in the lead up to auction, with less interest than I had hoped, however on the night, the bidders showed up and despite only a few parties being registered for our property, Lush managed to get the auction to the price we wanted using his skill of communication and salesmanship, chatting to each of the parties. I would definitely recommend Lush to anyone looking to buy or sell.
