Lydia was friendly and positive from the very first phone call. She explained to us the current market and was determined to get us the price we wanted. She had the house under contract within 2 weeks of going on the market for more than what we were hoping for. She had 3 times as many people turn up to our open houses as our previous agent and her attitude was that she was working FOR us not that she was doing us a favour like other agents implied. Have already recommended her to people and can't recommend her highly enough.

Having meet Lydia at one of her open homes some six months I have been a regular follower of her weekly update of what houses were on the market in the Deception Bay Area.
