Lydia is Great and she will definitely be my go to if I need to sell my house again!

From day one Lydia was informative and very professional. My situation was a little tricky and she listened to what my needs were and understood what I was hoping to achieve. Her pricing was very competitive and I was impressed with the level of service we received, she would schedule open home inspections at times that would suit our busy schedule and even offered two open home inspections on Saturday of each week, she was always on time and gave great feedback after each inspection. She kept me updated at all times, she was very responsive to my requests and within a timely manner. She dealt with difficulties with ease and reassured me when needed. We came up against some challenges but she handled them in a calm, positive and professional manner, always looking ahead with a positive attitude rather than dwelling on the negatives. She did everything she could possibly do to sell our house in the expected timeframe and her presentation was excellent! Her negotiations skills are excellent without being too pushy, looking after both the seller and the buyer and her after sale follow up was excellent which is hard to find in the industry. I have thanked her so many time but cannot thank her enough, I would highly recommend Lydia's services and would definitely engage her services again if needed.
