Exceptional agent

I brought her a coffee and she sold me a house, it really was quite literally that simple with Lydia. She made everything easy was never pushy her local knolage was excellent and honest as I already know the area I catch a lot of agents out, unlike most agents she didn't glorify the good points and neglect the bad so I felt I was dealing with someone I could trust and believe in when she told me something I didn't know about the area You could tell she had a lot of love for the area and the community in general as her answers were always well justified and I couldn't help but agree with her. She is probably the most positive person I've ever met always smiling nothing was a problem even when she had to stay back late to finish off the contract and negotiate with the seller as time was a big issue in this deal for me. She has a great understanding of legal contracts and again was able to save me time by negotiating clauses that may have taken days if I had to organise them through my solicitor. She is great to deal with always prompt on time sometimes even early and always returned my call ASAP even after the deal was unconditional. I believe you have an exceptional agent in your team, I've worked with lots of agents but Lydia has been brilliant, the best I've ever worked with and I Iook forward to working with Lydia again soon.
