We had been looking for a new home in the Mission Beach area for about 8 months. We had had viewings with a number of agents who varied from very good to hardly interested. No doubt most buyers would be aware that it easier to pass on a property than to commit, and any lack of information (e.g. floor plans / zoning) will usually yield a negative response. It is after all a big decision. We viewed one property with Lyn and put in a sensible offer within a day. A large contributing factor (apart from the right property at the right price) was that Lyn had all the right information at her fingertips even down to having a floor plan that she (volountarily) copied onto A5. She knew the builder, the type of construction, the easements, rates and so forth leaving us (the buyer) no second thoughts. Quite simply she had "all her ducks in a row". She even came back with a response to our offer (and a side negotiation of a pool table) with a couple of hours. This was at a time when we were reasonably determined to buy from another agent because they had been very good but simply hadn't come up with the right home at the right time. All in all Lyn 10/10.
