Found Lyn to be very easy to work with, especially Im in another state. Honesty is a plus for me and she has that in spades. Down to earth smart lady.

I am very happy with Lyn Armit as she is straight forward and open. Tells you what you need to know and answers your questions within minutes (via SMS) even late at night. I myself don't like fiddling with negotiation and playing game so told her what my reasonable offer was and she saw that was reasonable so she went and did the talking with the owner and the results was history. Even after the settlement, she was still approachable to answer any questions I had, where most would leave you like a stranger.
