I had the good fortune to have Lyn Beckwith from Barry Plant Estate Agency in Emerald as my representative agent for the sale of my property recently. Meeting and talking with this lovely person I was immediately at ease and confident that we would achieve an excellent sale result. It is rare to find an Estate Agent whose approach is always genuinely being in the present with their client. Lyn listens attentively and answers all questions in an honest and well informed manner. She has a wealth of local knowledge about this community and the property market and was spot on with her work with the attending prospective buyers on the one and only required Open Day. As the result was a very acceptable offer which I accepted just two days later. Lyn maintains excellent communication at all times with her client and is extremely personable and interested in my first house sale journey. A quick phone call, email and or text every few days is always welcome to me as she offers any further support I may require as we reach the settlement day.
