We embarked on selling with a lot of intrepidation as it was an exceptionally busy time for us - we were very keen to do this as simply as we could, but we also were selling in-line with our neighbours, making this a potentially difficult task. However, we received the best service possible from our two agents (Lyn Chambers and Cameron Colquhourn of LJ Hooker- Belconnen). They worked very well together and each gave us great advice - I can't say that anything was "overdone" (or underdone) in the sales campaign. The advertising they arranged was, in our estimation, just right. They quickly earned our (and our neighbours) trust - their appraisal of the market, as well as what was possible/not possible was SPOT-ON. (That's very important.) We are very happy with the resulting sale, but more so, the ease with which everything was done.
