Lyn was exceptional in selling our existing home and purchasing of our new home. We needed to align our settlement dates which she made possible, even when we had a buyer pull out she managed to find a new one at a higher price within a week. Following this the vendor was quite difficult with delaying settlement. Lyn played a pivotal role in ensuring the vendor left in a timely manner and went above and beyond to ensure this.
