After selling our home and going on a trip we did not have a home to go to and a short time before our settlement. We happened upon Lyn's promotion for this home and arranged for a viewing of the home. Lyn only does private viewings so we had a very patient Lyn stand by for a little over an hour ready to answer any questions and after her initial tour of the home Lyn left us to ourselves to wander around and have a good look and get a feel for the home. After another look through a few days later we put the wheels in motion to purchase the home and with the assistance of Lyn, the two conveyancers and the generous co-operation of the vendors we managed to pull together the purchase of our new home and settlement of both homes at the same time in a very short period of time. As purchasers we did not feel any pressure whatsoever to come forward and make an offer and Lyn was very generous with her time at the viewings and with our various questions. We liked the fact that Lyn only does private viewings so we did not feel like we were being intimidated by or in a race with other people to make a decision. I am aware that Lyn made some sacrifices with the vendors to help us get into this home and I also know that the vendors are very happy with Lyn's work. Lyn remains very interested in our settling in and has been helpful in suggesting various tradespeople to do jobs for us that we have found to be very highly regarded in their different fields.
