I found Lyn by combination of word of mouth and the agents I saw on the Main Street of Esk as I was originally looking for a property manager to take over a property I had just bought in the township from another real estate. Lyn managed the property well during the month and a half stint the tenants were there until they vacated. During the renovations that followed, she regularly gave us value estimates for the rent and the price to sell it for once I figured out that I would prefer to flip it. During the sale, Lyn was very professional in the way she dealt with the sale. Booking open houses was very easy with just a phone call or text message request and there it was. She organised private inspections with ease, since I wasn’t living there and she had a set of keys, they could do the private inspections at anytime for those who saw it driving around making it easier to gain perspective buyers. When I found the asking price set originally was too high, it was just one text message and it was changed, no hassle at all. She presented all offers in as they came in and summarised the contract conditions via the phone or text before I would make a decision whether to accept it and sign a formal contract. Sold it for excellent money in less than a month during the quiet period of the year which proves that the big names don’t provide any advantage.
