Lyn provided complete follow-up on all offers for the property and also added opinions on the good and bad points on the offers made. This provided a good understanding of the changes in market conditions over the period of the listing. My property took some time to sell and Lyn was cheering all the way for the sale and offered the necessary motivation to continue with current marketing when open house inspections were non-existent for a period. A couple of agreed sale offers fell through for different reasons, however the end resulting sale was in excess of the asking price.
