Direct and rude

We recently bought a property through Lyn, which was a stressful experience for a variety of reasons, not all real-estate related. However, Lyn did not help. As buyers, we found her rude and direct, and we would never buy (or sell) a house from her again. Also, don't use the person they recommend for a building and pest inspection - they didn't find problems that they should have, and as a result we have spent thousands in repairs already which were not expected.

In relation to the building and pest inspection, buyers are free to choose whichever inspector they are most comfortable with. While we may provide contact details for local inspectors when requested, they operate independently, and we are not involved in their inspections or reports.
