lynda found us renovating our house getting it ready for sale in a toughing house market. She came and looked at what we were doing and made some suggestions for our reno which we took on board. Prior to Lynda's suggestions on what to change etc, we were going with another agent. Lynda came along with enthusiasm and the genuine wanting to sell our house for what we wanted and we decided to go with her because of her enthusiasm and positive attitude. When the renovation was completed Lynda came with her photographer and helped us dress the house with very little furniture and the results were very good. The end result was an offer on the first opening which fell through due to no finance in place and sold on the second opening for the price we wanted.
