Lynda King Chen

Lynda was very professional and allowed us to feel comfortable and secure about our purchase. She kept us updated at all times and abreast of all changes. I would highly recommend her

If asked, I would recommend Lynda to any Owner who is considering selling a property and is looking to receive the type of service that will achieve an amazing result. Lynda will work hard to sell a property at the highest possible price that the market will allow. Not only are her communication skills superbly skillful and her attention for detail impeccable, Lynda will not stop working on a property until she can submit an offer that is going to put the largest smile on any Vendors face. At least that is what I experienced when Lynda recently sold my property in the inner western suburbs of Sydney. Thank you Lynda for being the hardest working Agent that I have had the pleasure to deal with.

I bought my property in auction through Elder's real estate and Lynda was the agent for it. She had been very cooperative throughout the deal. I was happy to deal with her.. certainly recommend her.

Lynda did a great job communicating to me throughout the process, was very transparent and honest. I was after a higher price but the market was slowing and it Sold at the best price I could get at the time and Lynda negotiated well. Thanks again.
