After first meeting Lynda I knew that she was the real deal. She was available anytime anywhere and drove back and forth from the appraisal to the final contract of sale. I was surprised she was able to sell the property for a price I was happy with only being on the market for a few weeks, especially in the current tough selling market. She was very accurate with the suggested value of the property and her recommendations for what work needed to be done to ensure the property was a great show piece to the public was spot on. After working with Lynda on preparing the property for the photographer using some of her industry contacts, I did not believe how amazing the online marketing images turned out. Through out the time the property was on the market, Lynda did not stop for a minute. She drove a fair distance for every Saturday opening plus the other private viewings through out the week. She really did put in all her focus and effort to ensure she was doing her absolute best to get a sale to which I was happy with. After every opening I had a quick call letting me know how it went, plus the weekly reports on the interest on the property. I have not experienced any agent who puts in as much effort, hard work, and dedication as Lynda. To say the least I am extremely happy with the service and sale of my property.
