We chose Lyndall as she had previously sold units in our building. She was familiar with the area and the demographic of the purchasers looking to buy in the area. The unit was occupied by a some what difficult tenant at the time of sale. Lyndall was able to negotiate with the tenant to allow inspection of the unit by prospective purchasers. Lyndall received offers on the unit within two weeks of it going on the market and was able to have the offer increased to our required price with contracts exchanged within 4 weeks of going on the market.
